Title : “White Water Rafting -Ayung River”

On our recent holiday to Bali my family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers decided to try White water rafting. I had completed some research beforehand on trip advisor and had chosen Bali Adventure Tours and i was not disappointed . We were picked up around 7am for the long trip to ayung river . When we arrived we were shown through bali adventure tours reception centre which included very nice toilets/change area before we were all quickly and efficiently outfitted with helmets and life jackets before we waited for the rest of our group to arrive. We then headed down towards the river. be aware that there are about 600+ steps to the river , they are very steep but have a handrail to help. Once at the river we climbed into our raft and met our two guides who showed us how to paddle etc( their English was very good and they were very helpful with instructions throughout the whole trip). About 6 boats headed off together . The scenery is amazing and the rapids are quite gentle and it is a wonderful trip probably around 2 hours in total. We had no problems at all and thoroughly enjoyed it all it was great fun and felt very safe ! At the end of our trip we had to climb up around 400 stairs and they were hard work i must admit ( we all had sore legs for a couple of days and you might want to remember this if you planning to go to waterbom park the day after - unless you are really fit the stairs at waterbom might be a bit hard on the legs!) . We were all transported to a nearby restaurant where there were showers and changing facilities before we enjoyed a tasty buffet lunch. Be aware that you need to pay for drinks and also there are photos and a dvd to purchase if you wish. Photos were priced at 35000irp - very reasonable and good quality . overall we all enjoyed the rafting once again it felt very safe, was very picturesque and not too scary at all. Bali adventure tours did a great job and recommend them for you choice of rafting .

Title : “Best Experience”

We did white water rafting with these guys - great fun. Well organised, popular with tourists. Beautiful scenery. This company starts much further up the valley so you spend much more time on the rapids than the other companies that we paddled past.Lots of steps - bare this in mind!Showers, towers, changing rooms, secure holding of your bags and food is all taken care of.

Title : “intersting rafting ayung”

Not the least expensive, but certainly affordable for an all-day trip of rafting, lunch and elephant safari ride. The rafting was expertly done and the guides were knowledgeable and fun. We passed other groups with a 'less safe' guide to tourist ratio and I was very happy to be a part of Bali Adventure Tours. A friend recommended them and they didn't let us down! Both my husband and I have rafted, and we really enjoyed the trip. Not the most challenging rapids, but absolutely gorgeous scenery, plenty of swimming opportunities, waterfalls, and yes, some rapids for sure!
